Clare Bedford

Helene's story is one about worthiness, ageing with attitude, her addiction to unhealthy love and sharing about her biggest growth which has come from the power of being alone

We talk about the generational changes in the topics of self love and the rush of love as well as hearing Helene's  perspective on having a daughter; speaking of the differences she has noticed since her early womanhood.
She deepens her story and narratives around the fear of being alone when it came to motherhood  ‘The need to be loved and wanted doesn’t go away, it even shows up with your kids’ she shares.

As we dive into Helene's story and share each of our perspectives and experiences we invite you to lean into your own story.

Have you felt similar?

Do you resonate? and if so how?

As we share our stories we give permission for ourselves to rise above the narratives and honour our unique journeys. Plus we give permission for others to deepen too, we can raise the frequencies of each other by storytelling, sharing and connecting.

If you've resonated with this episode or any of Season 1 we would love to hear from you by leaving a comment, subscribing or sharing with another woman who may need to hear these stories.
